A very spacious home with 7 sizeable bedrooms of which 2 of the 7 bedrooms has its own on suite washroom. There is also an additional 3 more newly renovated washrooms in this home. When entering upstairs into the home, you will walk into a dazzling open concept living room area, fully furnished with lots of light entering into the room. Sitting in the living room area, you can look into the generously sized, bright, fairly new renovated kitchen, that has 4 fridges, a stove, table, chairs, small appliances and fully furnished with cooking amenities.
There is 3 sunny sizeable bedrooms upstairs, one with an ensuite washroom, with the other two bedrooms occupying the main washroom just off from the kitchen area.
As you head down to the basement, there is an oversized bedroom on the right and a sizeable bedroom on the left that has the second ensuite washroom. Further along the basement hallway is 2 more modern washrooms, 2 bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and the other close to the laundry room. Basement bedrooms all have large bright windows! All bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas are fully furnished.

Am I allowed to request a specific room?
You can list your preferences on the application and we will do our best to place you in the room that fits these requests, pending availability.

Can I request specific roommates?
Yes, you can list the roommates you have chosen in your resident application. It is important that all roommates list each other and that all requests are mutual. Please keep in mind that any extra rooms in the house will be filled with other occupants.
What is the lease term?
Gatehouse properties enters into 12 month lease terms with its residents. If you require a shorter term, please indicate this on your application as we may be able to accommodate you. Alternatively, you can choose to sublet your room for the time you will not be using it (ex. the summer months). Please refer to the next FAQ regarding sublets for more details on this process.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not recommended as they can cause damages, pest problems and undue hardship to other residents, all which you are liable for, in addition to being a large financial and time commitment which may affect your studies. If you wish to bring in a pet, you must first obtain written consent from every member of your household and then fill out an application with Gatehouse Properties. In order to receive approval, the application requires proof of consent from your roommates, proof of up to date vaccinations, a clean bill of health from a veterinarian and payment of the pet fee outlined in your lease.
Approval can be revoked at any time if pet causes damages, pest issues or disturbs the reasonable enjoyment of the household by other occupants.
