“Karen is a wonderful landlord. She is welcoming, friendly and polite to all her tenants. She is easily reachable and quick to resolve issues Karen provides many great services such as having fully furnished homes, a monthly cleaning service, snow removal and lawn care which takes away stress. Both 78 and 81 Orchard Mill Cres are close to Conestoga Doon campus which is convent. Both have great common spaces well still having spacious rooms and enough kitchens and bathroom for the number of tenants. I would highly recommend living in one of Karens homes.”
