Gatehouse Properties provides accommodations through its various rental homes located in the Doon Valley area of Kitchener, close to Conestoga College. Founded in 2015 with a vision of revolutionizing the student rental experience, Gatehouse now operates 7 student housing properties, with a focus on proving safe, clean, high quality accommodations.
Our mission is to ensure that every Gatehouse Properties home is a comfortable, welcoming space where students are free to focus on their studies without the hassle and worry of common housing concerns. We meet this objective by providing homes that are clean, well maintained and secure with all inclusive services and friendly staff available to lend their support and assistance at any time. We supplement this student centred approach by providing rental properties that are conveniently located close to the heart of campus life, close to nearby Conestoga College, for quick access to amenities, events and classes.
