“The home I lived in was perfect for students as it was so close to the school, had lots of parking available, and everything was included in the home. Karen was a wonderful landlord and provided everything we needed such as pots and pans, glassware, etc. Snow shoveling was done for us, laundry was in the home, and the cleaning lady always did a great job. Whenever something was broken, it was quickly fixed.  I felt very comfortable living in the home and am very thankful for Karen who made everything so great.”

“Living at Karens Houses have been an overall wonderful experience. She is a very kind hearted person who just wants what is best for her students. When looking into student rentals we wanted to rent from someone who treated us with respect which right from the start we knew Karen was that kind of landlord. When I first moved into one of Karens houses I lived in 78 Orchard Mill. This house is very large with a lot of large bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 1/2 bathrooms and one main living space. This house aloud for everyone to hangout together or have their own privacy when wanted. I now currently live in another one of Karens properties, 81 Orchard Mill. This house has 8 bedrooms, 4 upstairs and 4 downstairs. It has 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. I really enjoy living here since we have a large common area which we are all able to come together and hang out in. A great thing about Karens houses is they are fully furnished which for me coming from a couple hours away was very convenient since trying to rent a U Haul to move a bunch of furniture is a hassel. Overall, I would recommend Karens houses to anyone.”

She is easily reachable and quick to resolve issues Karen provides many great services such as having fully furnished homes, a monthly cleaning service, snow removal and lawn care which takes away stress. Both 78 and 81 Orchard Mill Cres are close to Conestoga Doon campus which is convent. Both have great common spaces well still having spacious rooms and enough kitchens and bathroom for the number of tenants. I would highly recommend living in one of Karens homes.”
